New construction of a single-story office building approximately 2495 SF consisting of concrete footings, masonry foundation walls, concrete slab on grade, metal studs with brick masonry and split face CMU veneer and & EFS siding, prefabricated metal truss roof system, asphalt shingles, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC system and electrical with new service upgrade. Site work includes demolition, earthwork, water and sewer connections, and asphalt paving. The project shall also include all necessary site and utility work for a complete and operational facility complex. Anticipated work includes all work associated with relocation of overhead electrical lines and grading / earthwork, stormwater management, public sewar connection, connection to on-site well service and distribution, paved parking lot, paved / gravel surfacing of lot area, electrical service and distribution, and diesel generator with automatic transfer switch.
