A. Provide Mental Health Support Services (MHSS) services to individuals across Loudoun County as referred by MHSADS, and, when necessary, to individuals outside of Loudoun County. B. Ensure that MHSS services meet DBHDS, DMAS, and Managed Care Organization delivery requirements, and that they are personcentered and recovery oriented. C. Deliver MHSS services and treatment planning that support individuals in maintaining or improving their ability to live and work in their communities, including medication monitoring, support with retaining Housing Choice Vouchers, and assistance with medical appointments. D. Collaborate and coordinate services and treatment planning with psychiatrists or other health professionals, as applicable, in the development of MHSS treatment goals. E. Work closely with individuals' MHSADS Case Managers and/or other service providers, as needed, to coordinate services. F. Provide culturally and linguistically competent treatment services, with the ability to offer services in languages other than English.
