Work includes placing and assembling a 6-section mega trailer, modifying the interior to create new spaces inside of the trailer, and constructing a new asphalt parking lot onsite with site lighting. Trailer sections are currently onsite but need to be placed, blocked up, and assembled. A new power service is to be installed as well as new water supply and sewer tie in. Inside of the trailer will receive new metal stud and sheetrock walls to create offices, restrooms, a breakroom, and classrooms. Repairs to the existing trailer to include new flooring, repairs to existing walls and ceilings, paint throughout, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical modifications, restroom and breakroom upfits, and coordination of Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS) technology items (provided by others). A new asphalt parking lot is to be constructed with curb and gutter, site lighting, and landscaping.
