Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, mobile service truck, equipment repair parts, supplies, incidentals and other materials necessary to provide equipment repair services to VDOT owned Medium and Heavy Duty Equipment on a time and materials basis. Contractor shall provide repairs for Medium and Heavy Duty Equipment such as, but not limited to, air compressors, 6" and 8" Water Pumps, Mowing Tractors, 10,000 GVW to 3 ton dump trucks, Tandem Dump Trucks, Motor Graders, Rubber Tire & Track Loaders, Truck Mounted Excavators, Track Excavators, Backhoes, Bulldozers, Cranes, Belt Loaders, Snow Blowers and Rollers, Snowplows, Spreaders, etc. 2. The Contractor shall provide in-house repairs as well as mobile field service repairs, on an as needed basis. These repair services will normally be needed during regular business hours, but could be requested during emergency operations and/or after regular business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Therefore, Contractor shall have the resources to provide service to VDOT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Repairs shall be conducted at the Contractor's place of business, a VDOT Equipment Shop, VDOT Maintenance Lot or road side site, as determined by the Contract Administrator or designee
