Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Equipment Repair Technicians / Mechanics with a service truck equipped with mechanic equipment and tools to supplement the NoVa District Equipment Shops in equipment repair functions. These Technicians/Mechanics shall be equipped with proper tools of the trade to make proficient equipment adjustments and repairs. These repair services can be during emergency operations and/or during periods in which VDOT has a backlog of equipment needing repair. The VDOT District and Residency Shops service and repair VDOT owned vehicles and equipment such as standard and tandem dump trucks, graders, front-end loaders, tractors, chemical spreaders, snow plows and other associated equipment. For bidding purposes the District will be broken down into three (3) Lots. Lot-1 will be Fairfax County and Arlington County, Lot-2 will be Loudoun County and Lot-3 will be Prince William County.
