The services to be provided under this Contract shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Evaluations, investigations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, testing, reports, studies, designs, preparation of construction documents (including drawings in latest AutoCAD version and specifications) field inspections and investigation. 2. Professional involvement throughout all phases of the project, including, but not limited to; preparation of reports; periodic progress reports/meetings; preparation for and participation in briefings and presentations to staff groups, processing of invoices for services; timely processing of project correspondence, Consultants’ requests for payment, and material and equipment submittals. 3.
