Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing marketing support services and the re-design, re-creation, and on-going maintenance of the Stafford County Department of Economic Development and Tourism (Department) websites. The Department is responsible for two distinct websites, an economic development website and a tourism website. Therefore, this RFP seeks proposals for the following deliverables: 1. Economic Development and Tourism Marketing Support Services. 2. Economic Development Website. 3. Tourism Website. Proposers may elect to provide all three services within a single proposal, with each individual service integrated and coordinated with the other two services. However, at a minimum, both website deliverables must be included in the same website services proposal. A detailed description on how the website services will be established, maintained and coordinated with each other and with the overall marketing plan, which may be prepared by another party. Similarly, a proposer may elect to provide only a proposal for marketing services. However, in this case, this proposer would need to explain how websites created by others would participate in the implementation of departmental marketing strategies
