Based on historical data, economic indicators, and emerging market opportunities, forecast future growth trends. b) Defining market segments within the maritime industry and identify emerging trends such as digitalization, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory changes impacting the market. c) Explore technological innovations and advancements (e.g., autonomous vessels, digital platforms, green technologies) shaping the maritime sector and analyzing the opportunity for Prince William County to attract emerging sectors. d) Highlight untapped market opportunities, niche markets, and potential growth areas within the maritime industry and evaluate market risks, challenges, and barriers to entry, including the provision of fast ferry service.
