The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials, as necessary, to provide training for the Manufacturing Technician Level 1 (MT1) certification program for instructor. In particular, the selected Contractor shall provide the following: 1. Develop and implement a training program that adheres to the curriculum and standards set forth by the Manufacturing Skills Institute (MSI), the creators of the training program. 2. Conduct training sessions to prepare participants for obtaining MSI certification. 3. Provide all materials, equipment, and tools required to deliver the training program effectively. 4. Ensure qualified personnel and adequate supervision are present throughout the training program. 5. Offer ongoing support and mentorship to participants during the duration of the training program.
