1. Provision of classes on the following schedule: a. September and December: 3 to 4 topics, each offered twice. b. January to May: 5 to 6 topics, each offered twice. 2. Topics to cover should include leadership and management classes, for example: Difficult Conversations; Effective Communications with Peers, Supervisors, and Direct Reports; Planning and Time Management; Ethics in Local Government; Presentation Design and Delivery; Conflict Resolution; Effective Delegation Techniques, or similar alternatives. 3. Furnishing all fully burdened labor, materials, etc. to facilitate workforce development training. 4. Working and coordinating with county staff on the selection of trainings to be provided. 5. Working and coordinating with county staff on development of timeline for the provision of trainings. 6. Standardized in-class attendee evaluation of session(s), with provision of data to Albemarle County.
