Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide road maintenance within the Hidden Lake subdivision and at the Hidden Lake Dam, to include purchase and installation of appropriate stone (size 21A and 3, depending on area) culvert cleaning, repair and installation, grading and ditch maintenance on an as-needed basis to maintain acceptable conditions of road and shoulder. 2. Provide road maintenance of 3.5 miles (18,840 feet) gravel and 3/8 miles (1,980 feet) asphalt within the Hidden Lake subdivision and at the Hidden Lake Dam, to include snow removal/plowing and purchase of and the application of sand (or other suitable material) on an as-needed basis to maintain acceptable conditions of road and shoulder. 3. Provide road maintenance within Hidden Lake subdivision and at the Hidden Lake Dam to include repair of broken and/or failing areas of asphalt on an asneeded basis to maintain acceptable condition of road and shoulder. 4. Provide maintenance within the Hidden Lake subdivision, and at Hidden Lake and Hidden Lake Dam to include removal of trash, litter, debris, vegetation or any other material that could be considered a nuisance for the proper operation of the dam and community. Maintenance to be performed on an as-needed basis. 5. Provide maintenance within Hidden Lake subdivision, and at Hidden Lake and Hidden Lake Dam to include application of herbicide (or other suitable material) to prevent vegetative growth in areas that may be considered problematic for proper dam functions and operation. Grass cutting and weed eating for dam and other areas are to be performed on an as-needed basis. 6. Provide maintenance within Hidden Lake subdivision, and at Hidden Lake and Hidden Lake Dam to include purchase and installation of appropriate sand on an as-needed basis. Sand to be used at the beach access location, or any area deemed necessary by the HLSD for sand use.
