This project involves the replacement of 27 existing windows at Ranger residence within Machicomoco State Park. i) Removal of 27 existing windows and installation of 27 new replacement windows. Window specifications: (1) 20 each. Double pane/double hung windows (2) 1 each, Double pane slider window (3) 6 each, Double pane basement hopper windows (4) All windows to have screens (5) No grids on windows (6) Window to be white, interior and exterior (7) Windows must be energy star certified to ensure maximum energy efficiency, low-E with insulated frames. ii) Removal and repairs of rotted wood to ensure proper installation. iii) Install insulation, caulking, and capping around all new windows. iv) Repair or replace any interior window trim damaged during removal/installation. v) Clean all project areas.
