Main Lobby Area 1. Construction of two new walls and two new doorways with locking doors in main lobby area 2. New Office and New Breakroom will need outlets and internet and phone jack/access points. 3. Add two new pass-through windows, type TW Series Transaction Security Windows 4. Add new trim to construction areas and any affected area. 5. Removal of existing pass-through window and covering up window area with sheetrock or similar material to have a solid wall. 6. Install a clear partition between the two office desks. 7. All framing must be metal. Wood framing is not allowed by property owner. 8. All construction supplies and equipment must be provided by the contractor 9. Relocation of and adding of additional internet(ethernet) and telephone cables/wall access and supply new conduit materials as needed. 10. Painting of all new construction areas and all lobby walls including all trim work 11. Removal of all construction related items including trash and debris 12. Complete cleaning of construction areas 13. Contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, and materials as necessary to ensure that the scope of work is complete 14.
