Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 3.104-4(b), “contractor bid or proposal information and source selection information must be protected from disclosure in accordance with FAR 14.401, 15.207, applicable law, and agency regulations.” The Agency has discovered that proprietary information protected under the Procurement Integrity Act, 41 U.S.C. 2102, was inadvertently released on 28 January 2025. Accordingly, the Agency requests that any individual aware of a further disclosure proprietary information pertaining to this notice or the previously issued notice (M95494-25-0003), shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer in writing at christina.e.neto.civ@usmc.mil. Further, the Agency requests that any individual who may be in receipt of proprietary information promptly delete/destroy all copies thereof, and provide verification thereof to the Agency in writing.
