1. Secure facility for controlled access throughout construction. 2. Obtain all inspections and permits necessary for work related to this RFP. 3. Adjust, repair, construct and secure six (6) access points, with security rated access card readers and doors. 4. Installation of cable trays in accordance with drawings in Attachment C 5. Replacement of ceiling tiles as required, approximately 2,800 square feet. a) Ceiling tiles to match existing tiles. 6. Replace carpeting with combination of commercial vinyl plank,Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) and carpet, approximately 1,000 square feet. a) Carpeting to match existing carpet (as needed) b) VCT approximately 450 square feet c) LVP approximately 600 square feet. 7. Wall surface area to be coated, approximately 2600 square feet. Paint colors to match existing paint, specific colors will be provided by VCSFA 8. New LAN closet with electrical panels, per drawings in Attachment C. 9. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP). See note on Sheet A100 for overview of LAN Closet HVAC system.
