Specifications include, but are not limited to:The four print pieces listed in the Introduction and detailed below will promote Arlington’s national history and local flavor to business and leisure travelers seeking the ideal combination of convenience and value near the nation’s capital. Display advertising throughout the print pieces will feature Arlington hotels, stores, restaurants, attractions, arts organizations and service providers, as well as select, relevant regional entities (approved by ACVS) that do not directly compete with Arlington businesses. The project will include copywriting, graphic design, printing and advertising sales services. Copywriting: Contractor will assign to this project a professional travel and tourism copywriter who is familiar with the Arlington/Washington, D.C. area. ACVS will provide the copywriter with themes/subjects about which to write and will approve draft and final copy according to a mutually agreed-upon production schedule. Graphic Design: Contractor will assign to the project a professional graphic designer, ideally with experience in travel and tourism content. ACVS will provide to Offeror StayArlington Branding Guidelines, logos, photography, map designs, business listings and other resources, and will approve page layouts, drafts and final designs according to an agreedupon production schedule. Printing: Contractor will provide recommendations for paper stock, folds, samples of finished materials and proofs according to an agreed-upon production schedule. ACVS will provide edits and approvals according to the same schedule. Advertising Sales: Contractor will assign one or more advertising sales staff to the project and will propose a mutually agreed-upon advertising rate and discount structure at the beginning of sales cycles for 2016, 2017 and 2018
