a. The Vendor shall furnish and deliver all labor, tools, materials, supervision and equipment to perform plumbing installations, repair, replacement services, and any requested preventive maintenance on an “as needed” basis when requested to do so by the County at eleven (11) County owned facilities. Appendix A contains a description of the locations to be serviced. b. Vendor shall provide a complete, workmanlike, well-executed job in accordance with these specifications and all applicable national and local codes. Any additional code requirements requested by the County shall be noted within. In case of conflict between requirements, the requirement which is in compliance with all applicable codes and which is also, in the option of the County, more advantageous to Madison County, shall govern.
