Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, chemicals, materials and supervision necessary to remove snow and ice from the facilities’ grounds listed in this contract. Services shall provide for the removal of all snow and ice from main driveways, parking lots and entrances, all sidewalks, front and back door steps, exits, etc. on the premises as required. In the removal of snow/ice, it is imperative that the contractor not inhibit any of the parking spaces and make arrangement to move the snow off the premises, ensuring all spaces are available for use prior to the next regularly scheduled business day. If necessary, snow shall be stacked in areas designated by the Facility Manager
