The Contractor(s) shall provide the snow removal equipment listed with experienced, licensed operators, fuel, tools, parts, supplies, supervision and all incidentals as necessary for safe and efficient snow removal operation. The work will consist of but not be limited to anti-icing, snow and ice control, snow blowing operations, melting, hauling and respond to emergency/incidents on VDOT maintained roadways. Work shall be performed on an as needed basis for the Express Lanes as defined in the Lots below. Both Lots will include all ramps, connectors, shoulders, Police parking lots and emergency crossovers. LOT 1 – NOVA - I-95/I-395 Express Lanes from Mile Marker (MM) 9.8 DC Line to MM 148 in Stafford County. I-495 (Beltway) Express Lanes from MM 54.8 to MM 44.8. Lot 2 – Fredericksburg District - I-95 Express Lanes from MM 133.9 to MM 148.
