Gas shall be HD5 Grade Propane. All tanks must meet A.S.M.E. requirements for gas. Tanks owned by the vendor can be refurbished, but must be in excellent condition. Each installation shall be in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters and all local ordinances pertaining to the delivery and dispensing of gas. Bidders shall include with their bid package product data sheets which proves that product offered meets or exceeds the specifications above. Failure to do so may cause your bid to be declared non-responsive.
