A. The vendor shall install unit(s) and furnish all permits, equipment, tools, machinery, transportation, and other implements necessary to fulfill the provisions of this purchase. This includes but is not limited to all procurement and contracting requirement specifications included within. B. Units delivered f.o.b. destination. C. Vendor shall provide suitable training to operate the unit. D. The entire unit must be less than 80 inches wide. E. Unit shall be wrapped with custom branding. Design shall be provided by PWPL. F. Each unit shall have a minimum of 36 slots. It must accommodate small, medium, and large slots. G. Unit shall be sufficiently weather resistant, including optimal operation of the touch screen. H. Unit may include lighting and/or security cameras to provide a level of security. I. The software application must utilize SIP2 or API to interface with the ILS. J. The staff portal provided must be browser-based and hosted by the vendor, which shall be on US based data centers. K. The staff portal to the software application will support Single-Sign-On (SSO). L. DoIT will evaluate responses and may identify additional requirements before an award can be made. M. Both hardware and software shall maximize accessibility for users with disabilities; the solution may allow patrons to set accessibility preferences. N. Vendor shall provide unlimited remote support and any software updates.
