Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Louisa invites interested parties (later referred to as contractors or lessees) to submit proposals for the leasing of approximately 60 acres of real property for hay production. This lessee will also be responsible for the spreading of biosolids on this property, following all regulatory requirements, as directed by the Louisa County Water Authority. This property is known commonly as Tax Parcel 36- 22, being bounded by the E Green Springs Road (Route 617) on the south side, the gravel entrance to Spring Creek Well House is on the west side and by property owners to the north and east, and being located in the Green Springs Magisterial District in the County of Louisa, Virginia.
