Specifications include, but are not limited to: • This is a Blanket Purchase Order. The contract is valid from March 1,2022 thru February 28, 2023, with an option to renew annually for two (2) additional one-year periods upon agreement of both parties. • Pricing is to be on a location basis, not an hourly basis. Low bidder will be awarded based on the sum of all locations. • Price will include all vehicles, equipment, materials, labor, traffic control and incidentals. • Contractor is required to hold a City of Danville Business License and must provide a Certificate of Insurance. • Contactor must have the ability to mow grass, perform string trimming, trim shrubs, bush hog and trim overgrown canopy limbs from trees. • Lawn Maintenance is to include mowing, trimming of shrubs and maintaining the sidewalks in front of each property. o Mowing is to include the front, side and rear lawns. o Trimming is to occur on all shrubs located on the front, side and rear lawns. String trimming is required around apparatus and around permanent objects such as trees, shrubs, posts and fences. Herbicides and other chemicals are not to be used without prior consent. o Sidewalks present in front of the attached addresses are to be clear of debris, weeds, snow when applicable and maintain a nine (9) foot canopy clearance from all trees and shrubs
