The awarded vendor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing videoboard display located within Lane Stadium. The awarded vendor’s proposed video solution shall fit within the existing footprint of the current videoboard, and must be supported by the current videoboard’s existing structure. Proposers shall include a structural analysis of the proposed videoboard solution, stamped by a licensed engineer within the 5 Commonwealth of Virginia. Please note, the electrical infrastructure of the current video board will need to be upgraded as well to support a new modernized display. 1) Requested Video Board Technical Specifications: a) The proposed solution must fit into the current Video Board footprint. The current Video board’s size is: 95.75’ X 45.35’ b) 10MM Pixel Pitch c) 8,000-10,000 NITS d) The proposed solution must have capability to integrate Ross Tessera video striping solution across the main display over 1080p SDI video input(s) for in-game production from in-house control room. e) Upgraded Ross Tessera equipment to support the additional pixel to pixel striping requirements. f) The proposed solution shall include an all-in-one backup solution for displaying practice scoring/timing data and local video input sources for practices, recruiting and other University events. g) The proposed solution shall have remote power on/off switches over armored fiber for backlit or channel letter signage/main video display/main scoreboard speakers/amplifiers. 2) Video Board Controls and Processing: The processors for the proposed Video Board solution will be housed in the ACC Network Technical Operations Center located in the South Endzone of Lane Stadium. As a part of this scope, new fiber infrastructure will need to be installed from the Videoboard location to the ACC Network Technical Operations Center. The LED display processors will continue to be housed in the 7th Floor PA booth. With ROSS processing taking place in two separate locations, the awarded vendor will need to provide a plan for how this will be accomplished. Currently, striping for both the main videoboard and LED displays are done from the same ROSS TESSERA located in the ACC Network Technical Operations Center. The awarded vendor will need to include the canvas needs of their proposed solution for the additional pixel to pixel canvas striping
