The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance services in accordance with all applicable State and local regulations. Work Hours & Level of Service All work shall be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved by the County. The Contractor shall maintain a level of service consistent with industry standards for landscaping and grounds maintenance. Required Services A. Landscape Plan • Submit an annual landscape plan including proposed plantings (shrubs, annuals, perennials, etc.). • Plan must be approved by the County prior to implementation. • Execute plantings in accordance with seasonality and best practices. B. Mulching and Bed Preparation • Install and maintain mulch in all designated beds at the following sites: o County Administration Building 106 Rucker Street o Former School Board Building 104 Rucker Street o Circuit Courthouse 101 W. Blue Ridge Street o Library/Museum 116 W. Blue Ridge Street o Parking lot islands • Inspect beds twice monthly and replenish mulch as needed.
