The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Landscaping Maintenance Services at the three (3) locations listed below, within the Culpeper District. Landscaping Maintenance Services shall include mowing of all grass areas, edging, string trimming, debris removal, plant bed hand- weeding, mulch application, shrub trimming, herbicide application/spot spraying. Lot #1: - East Bound I-64 Overlook @ 100 MM, Nelson County - East Bound I-64 @ VDOT Workers Memorial @ 103 MM, Albemarle County. Lot #2: - Charlottesville Residency, 701 VDOT Way Charlottesville, VA 22911 Two (2) separate mowing areas at the Charlottesville Residency with approximately 6.0 acres, which include the upper and lower buildings.
