1) Retrieve any LAAC maintained buoys that may have drifted, gone astray, become unmoored, or are severely damaged. On average, approximately 10-15 buoys need to be retrieved each year. 2) Install either new or rehabbed buoys as provided by LAAC and according to latitude/longitude coordinates provided by LAAC. On average, approximately 10-15 buoys need to be installed each year. 3) Installation of buoys shall include the final steps of measuring, cutting, and attaching all of the anchoring hardware as supplied by LAAC according to detailed specifications provided by LAAC. 4) Create molded concrete anchors with embedded stainless U bolts weighing approximately 200 lbs. 5) Install missing and non-working lights on buoys, and replace caps if needed.
