The project is a renovation of an existing library facility. The scope of exterior work includes reconfiguration of exterior hardscaping, addition of new skylights, a large front wall opening, a new entrance canopy, other new small window openings, and replacement of windows and doors. The scope of interior demolition work includes complete removal of existing interior partitions, ceilings, lights, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications. The scope of interior new work includes new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, walls, ceilings, doors, lights, finishes, lights, communications equipment, and patching/ repair of existing portions of the building impacted during construction and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents
