INDOOR WALK-IN FREEZER (1 Required) Kolpak custom prefabricated Walk-In Freezer with insulated floor. 14’-5” x 13’-6” x 7'-6" high overall. Finish is to be stucco patterned galvalume interior. The exposed exterior finish is to be stucco patterned galvalume. Shall include standard 36" x 76" service door with digital thermometer/alarm and VP LED light with switch and pilot light. Walk-in is to be designed for indoor installation in existing stock room, replacing an existing freezer and roof mounted refrigeration system. The modular panel construction Walk-in Freezer is to be furnished with modular, insulated, reinforced floor panels and have 1/8” aluminum “TreadBrite” floor finish. The Walk-in Freezer is to include the following features and accessories: a. Walk-In overall size shall be 14’-5" x 13’-6" x 7'-6" high, exact dimensions, and designed to maintain -10 degrees F. Modular foamed-in-place wall panels and ceiling panels shall have an interior finish of stucco patterned galvalume. Panels shall be joined by means of cam locking devices. All panels shall have a tongue-in-groove perimeter for positive alignment and seal. b. Floor panels for Cooler section shall be constructed of "foamed-in-place" 100% urethane 4" thick with 1/8” aluminum diamond treadplate interior floor pan with coved corners and 14 ga. stainless steel threshold plate. Floor panels are to be Kolpak Structural 5000# ERA reinforced floor. All panels shall have a tongue-in-groove perimeter for positive alignment and seal. Floor shall conform to NSF. Floor panels shall be joined by means of cam locking devices. A reinforced interior ramp into the Cooler compartment is to be furnished as well. c. Walk-in door shall be constructed of foamed-in-place urethane with heavy steel door frame and jamb with anti-condensate heater. Door frame shall consist of heavy reinforced 12 ga. steel “U” channel frame to encompass entire perimeter of opening, foamed-in-place to give extra support and rigidity to the frame and to prevent racking, distortion, warping and twisting. The door frame shall feature an easily replaceable PVC bulb type double lined magnetic steel core gasket and an adjustable vinyl sweep gasket at the door bottom. No wood members of any type shall be part of the construction or assembly of wall panels, door frame panels, or door. The door leaf shall be 34" x 76" with positive latch with key lock, inside safety release and chrome plated hardware, spring loaded hinges, and automatic door closer. Door panel shall contain a pre-wired, Modularm 75LCT touch screen light & high temp alarm. Door panel shall contain a UL Approved vapor proof LED light fixture, centered over the inside door opening and pre-wired to switch. Furnish two (2) additional ceiling mounted UL Approved vapor proof 48” LED light assemblies, to be installed and wired to the door switch by the equipment installer. Door frame is to contain a continuous door heater to prevent freezing. A heated pressure relief port shall also be provided. Door leaf shall be furnished with a 48" high heavy diamond tread kick plate on both sides. Hinge door on operators right. The Walk-in Freezer door is to be centered on the 14’-5” side. d. Refrigeration system for the Freezer shall be a 3.5 HP for -10 deg. F, outdoor, pre-assembled remote system with current, R448A refrigerant, all components mounted and tested. Freezer condensing unit is to be model KPC348LZOP-2E, 208/230-60-1. System shall be 208V, 1 phase. Matching coil will be #KEL26-090-2EC-PR-8, 208-230/60/1, R448A w/ electric defrost. Refrigeration unit is to be installed at the coordinated roof location with the Owner. Refrigeration lines and control wiring are to be run to the cooler and properly sealed after installation to prevent leaking. All piping, insulation, refrigerant, control wiring, drain line w/ “P” trap, start-up, adjustments and testing shall be the responsibility of the installer. All panels shall carry a 10-year defect warranty. A 1-year parts and labor warranty with extended four (4) year limited compressor warranty shall be provided by all bidders. Walkin Freezer shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, started-up, demonstrated, tested, and operated to the satisfaction of the owner.
