A. The Bidder/Contractor shall provide leaf hauling and disposal services from the City-owned parcel at 416 Kavanaugh Road on an “on call” annual basis. This occurs annually timed with the dropping of leaves from trees in their preparation for winter. B. The designated pick-up site shall be open to the Bidder/Contractor from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday but no hauling shall take place on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, or New Year’s Day or such other days as mutually agreed upon. C. The bidder/Contractor shall provide weight tickets to verify the tonnages hauled from the site. Payments will be based on the provided load tickets multiplied by the unit price in contract document equals total amount the City of Lynchburg will be invoiced for the job by Bidder/Contractor.
