Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic professionals interested in laying out/designing the Vienna Voice newsletter, within the existing template/design framework, each month. The selected graphic designer or design firm will use the current template (design grid, color, palette, type treatments, standing heads and columns) as well as copy and photos provided by the Town to layout the newsletter each month and provide a print-ready pdf file to the printer, which currently is Day & Night Printing. Vienna Voice is the official newsletter of the Town of Vienna. It is produced monthly and mailed to all residences within the Town. Each month, the newsletter, which is generally twelve (12) pages, must arrive in Vienna mailboxes on or before the first of the month.
