The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from responsive and responsible bidders to provide Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance Services required by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This solicitation may result in multiple term contracts with multiple responsive and responsible contractors. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to maintain the lawn and grounds in a comprehensive, proactive, and orderly manner that results in a high level of quality and safety. All work shall be performed in an efficient and professional manner to the satisfaction of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
