A Ground Cleanup and Mulch Quantity: 1 per service Scope of Work: • Total Property Cleanup: Remove all leaves, brush, and trash from the property. • Trimming and Pruning: Trim back bushes and trees as necessary to ensure a neat and healthy appearance. • Grass Maintenance: Cut and trim all grass areas for a uniform appearance. • Blowing and Cleaning: Blow and clean all parking areas, walkways, and driveways to remove debris and leaves. • Weed Control & Fertilization: Remove weeds from mulch, rock areas and other areas as needed. Apply pre-emergent weed control and general fertilizer to promote healthy plant growth and prevent weed establishment. • Mulching: Add mulch to beds to retain moisture, suppress weed growth, and enhance the property’s appearance. • Additional Notes: All workers must wear high-visibility vests while working on the property. B Landscaping Maintenance Quantity: Each up to 25 services (every 7-10 days) Scope of Work: • Grass Maintenance: Cut and trim all grass areas to ensure an even, manicured look. • Mulch Freshening: Refresh mulch beds as necessary to maintain a clean and uniform appearance. • Weed Control: Remove weeds as needed and apply pre-emergent weed control to prevent future growth. • Blowing and Cleaning: Blow and clean all parking areas, walkways, and paved surfaces to remove debris and leaves. • General Maintenance: Maintain overall property appearance, performing light trimming and general upkeep between scheduled major cleanups. • Additional Notes: All workers must wear high-visibility vests while working on the property.
