The Contractor shall deliver and install one (1) Beckman Coulter Kit, Rapid Shuck ALP, P1000, i-Series, Part Number #C05014. NO EQUIVALENTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. A. INSTALLATION & WARRANTY • Installation, qualification and certification testing on site. • Method implementation on site. • Laboratory staff user training after system is installed on site. • Twelve-month (12) warranty on all components, parts, non-consumable parts, including all software and computer software to begin after successful installation. B. ON-GOING MAINTENANCE Upon expiration of the specified warranty period and at the Commonwealth’s option, the Contractor shall provide maintenance and support , but not limited to: • On-site parts, labor, travel and supervisor during normal business hours. • Priority on-site service support and technical phone support. • Providing additional Operator Training, available during Beckman Coulter Service visits
