• Contractor shall be responsible for the repair of multiple types of irrigation systems to include, but not limited to, -Toro, Rainbird and Irritrol. • Contractor shall be able to do all diagnostic repairs as well as installations of new systems upon request. • Contractor shall be responsible for spring start-ups, winterization of all systems as well as annual back flow inspections and testing • Contractor shall have 48 hours to respond to first call on an irrigation problem and then will give a firm time table for repairs depending upon severity, need for operations, etc. • Contractor shall respond to emergency call-outs within one (1) hour of notification. • Contractor shall provide a cost estimate and parts list for all repairs or for new installation work prior to doing the assigned task. • Contractor shall coordinate all work with the Irrigation specialist, or authorized City Agent. • The contractor shall not sub-contract work unless approved by the Irrigation Specialist, or authorized City Agent, prior to beginning any work assignment. • All replacement equipment shall be approved by City prior to installation. • All work shall be approved and inspected by the Irrigation Specialist, or authorized city Agent, prior to issuance of invoice.
