This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and no further written solicitation will be issued. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 & 13.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract to support the patents John Wiley & Sons, Inc. subscription as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Solicitation 1333BJ26Q00152001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind on behalf of the Federal Government. The USPTO reserves the right not to proceed with issuing a contract, if it is determined to be in the best interest not to do so.
This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
