Contractor shall provide a cumulative total of 16,000 gallons of Jet A with Prist, on an as-needed basis, for the DOAV King Air 350 aircraft. 1. DOAV reserves the right to request additional information necessary in order to evaluate a bid. 2. The Contractor shall store fuel on the field at KRIC and deliver as needed. The Contractor should be able to deliver fuel to the aircraft within 15 minutes of call but shall deliver no later than within 30 minutes. 4. DOAV recommends that the Contractor utilize two (2) employees on the fuel truck capable of filling both wings on the aircraft simultaneously in order to keep fueling time at a minimum. 5. The Contractor shall have a KRIC issued security badge to have access to the AOA. 6. The Contractor’s employees shall be trained in fueling aircraft. 7. The Contractor shall have a drug and alcohol program in place and all employees involved in fueling DOAV aircraft shall be in compliance with this program. 8. The Contractor shall have approval from the Capital Region Airport Commission to do business on the Richmond Airport.
