Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Daily Services - Monday - Friday The contractor will have sufficient manpower on site to perform the following duties: 1. All Areas (Except secure Data Center) a. Empty trash and Insert new trash liners if needed b. Empty recycling containers in offices and place materials in large blue cans in warehouse. Paper is the only material to be recycled in the blue cans. c. Remove cardboard boxes located near trash cans and place in outside bin provided by Elite Services. The cardboard boxes do not need to be broken down. 2. Hallways, Offices and Stairs a. Sweep or vacuum b. Wet mop vinyl covering on stairs and resilient floors as needed but no less than once weekly c. Spot clean stains on rug as needed 3. Restrooms(10) - Room Numbers 108, 109, 113, 114, 130, 205, 211, 212, 233, and 243 a. Check soap, toilet tissue, and towel dispensers daily and refill as needed b. Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and provide new waxed bags c. Remove any trash and excessive soil from floors as needed. d. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets, basins, and soap dispensers e. Clean and sanitize all counter top surfaces. f. Clean all mirrors according to the Glass cleaning standard g. Clean and polish stainless steel and chrome surfaces h. Spot clean walls and partitions i. Sweep or vacuum and wet mop floor as needed but no less than once weekly j. Report any dispensers that are malfunctioning to the City’s IT Administrative Manager 4. Cafeteria (1) and Kitchenettes (3) a. Refill paper towel roll, if needed b. Thoroughly clean and sanitize table surfaces c. Clean and sanitize all counter top surfaces d. Sweep or vacuum and wet mop floor as needed but no less than once weekly e. Report any dispensers that are malfunctioning to the City’s IT Administrative Manager 5. Main Building Entrance a. Spot clean interior and exterior glass in doors and around entrances b. Vacuum entry (Vestibule) floor as needed, but no less once than once a week 6. Conference Center, Meeting Rooms, Offices a. Vacuum floor as needed but no less frequently than once a week b. Spot clean stains on rug as needed c. Wipe table top surfaces as needed but no less frequently than once a week d. Wipe chairs (frame and seat) as needed
