Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials to clean the location listed in Attachment “A”, after normal working hours of 5:30 P.M, Monday through Friday, except for the following State observed holidays: New Years Day Lee/Jackson Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day Washington’s Birthday Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving Christmas days and any additional days afforded by Governor Level of Service: The Contractor shall provide a level of cleaning as indicated below for each area, that is equal to the standards defined by the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCA) for prestige and adequate cleaning. Prestige: shall be defined as cleaning standard that will provide unsolicited compliments from employers or visitors and will make the cleaning complaint a rarity. The level of cleaning is appropriate for high-level management offices and areas of high public use.
