Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall: 1. Performing janitorial services for all three (3) buildings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM the following morning, unless otherwise approved in advance by the Contract Administrator. 2. Not perform janitorial services on state observed holidays. (New Year's Day, Lee-Jackson Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, George Washington Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day which may include additional time). In the event a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, the contractor shall contact the Contract Administrator to reschedule. The contractor shall also reschedule services not performed due to inclement weather. (Refer to Section VII. Invoicing) 3. Ensure all staff signs in at arrival and out at departure each workday. The contractor shall: 1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, showers and splashing around the sinks and urinals. 2. Sweep and damp mop and/or scrub and disinfect floors and give special attention to maintaining the cleanliness of the floors, particularly around the bases of the toilets and showers. 3. Dust/ Wipe clean and fill all restroom accessories (soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers etc). 4. Wipe/Clean and polish dry all mirrors, cabinets, counter tops, shelving, ledges, drains, and chromium-finished fixtures. 5. Empty all waste and wipe clean, inside and out and reline with new liners. Remove collected trash from the building and place in the Department's on site dumpster. 6. Spot clean all wall surfaces and partitions. 7. Wash and wipe dry all and stall doors. 8. Damp wipe and polish dry all entry/exit door handles and kick boards
