Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall clean an approximate square footage of 7516 encompassed in the Ashland Residency Office and Land Development Trailer Office. 2. The Contractor shall commence WEEKLY cleaning after 5:30 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. 3. The Contractor shall not provide services on the following State of Virginia approved holidays: New Years Day, Lee-Jackson Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, George Washington Day, Memorial Day, Independency Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 4. The Contractor shall not be required to perform janitorial services during inclement weather conditions which create hazardous driving conditions for the traveling public as determined VDOT. Contractor shall contact the VDOT Contract Administrator before 2:00 pm of the scheduled work day during inclement weather conditions.
