Daily Service to All Areas 1 Empty all trash, reline with clean bag, and remove trash. All 2 Empty recycling daily All 3 Clean floor surfaces including concrete, carpet, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. Remove gum and tar, spot mop spills, and spray buff surfaces at lobbies, entrances, main corridors, and public reception areas. All 4 Vacuum all carpets, including walk-off mats, spot clean, remove gum and tar. Walk-off mats are provided by County. Note: Carpets receive heavy traffic and may require more thorough cleaning on a frequent basis rather than spot cleaning. The Contractor shall be responsible for the clean appearance of the carpets at all times regardless of cleaning method or schedule used. All 5 Clean and disinfect drinking fountain. All 6 Clean and disinfect the outside of trash receptacles located in public areas. All 7 Collect and remove all miscellaneous trash and rubbish at the outside areas to designated pick-up location. All 8 Clean all paved surfaces by sweeping surfaces, removing trash, leaves, grass, and other debris. All 9 Dust all vertical and horizontal surfaces that are readily available and visibly require it. All 10 Clean glass on all interior windows and doors, entrance doors, display cases, and door partitions. All 11 Clean glass on all exterior doors. All 12 Clean interior and exterior surfaces of elevator/lifts including tracks. BCC, DCC, LVCC, LukCC 13 Wipe off countertops, tabletops, chairs, and high touch surfaces including all door handles and stair rails, if applicable. All 14 Remove handprints or marks from walls, doors, mirrors, and doorframes. All 15 Clean kitchen/coffee bar areas, empty trash, wash sink basins, wipe off countertops, mop floor, and replenish all dispensers. All
