Specifications include, but are not limited to: WINDOWS - WEEKLY Contractor shall clean the windows on the entrance doors both outside and inside. Contractor shall clean the inside set of doors on both sides. VACUUMING - WEEKLY Contractor shall vacuum carpet in the entrance and lobby and remove any cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, corners and behind all doors. Contractor shall vacuum carpet and all flooring in the Administrative Assistants’ Office; this shall include vacuuming under each desk, under the counter and remove any cobwebs on the floor and ceilings, corners, and walls and behind all doors. Contractor shall vacuum carpet in the conference room and remove any cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, corners and behind all doors. Contractor shall vacuum carpet in the two work rooms with cubicles and remove all cobwebs in the corners of the room the walls, ceiling and behind any doors. Contractor shall vacuum carpet in the individual offices if the door to the office is left open and remove all cobwebs on the walls ceiling and behind any doors or corners. FLOORS - WEEKLY Contractor shall wet mop all hard surface flooring weekly from high traffic areas in hallways and including behind all doors, under any furniture located in the following areas: lobby area, hallways, kitchen, copy room and bathrooms. DISINFECT - WEEKLY Contractor shall clean the following areas with germicidal disinfectant weekly; the countertop separating lobby from the Administrative Assistants’ Office, Conference room tables, restrooms including sink fixtures, sinks, commodes and urinals and fixtures in both the men’s and women’s restrooms, all doorknobs and surrounding areas of painted doors, water fountain, and all counter tops, sink and sink fixtures in the kitchen area. TRASH - WEEKLY Contractor shall empty all trash cans and replaced with clean liners weekly for the following areas. Administrative Assistants’ Office, Kitchen, Conference Room, Work Room containing the printers and postage machine, all bathroom’s men and women, and all individual offices when doors are left opened to do so. Contractor shall empty the trash cans and replace with new for any trash cans placed in the hallway outside locked offices. Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all trash. MISCELLANEOUS – WEEKLY Contractor shall spot clean the carpet after vacuuming if required. Contractor shall refill all toilet tissue holders, paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers in all the men’s and women’s bathrooms. MISCELLANEOUS- MONTHLY Contractor shall inspect hallways and open rooms/offices for cobwebs and remove. Contractor shall dust all, door jams, windowsills, counters, furniture, and pictures as needed. Contractor shall only dust desks and office furniture when all papers have been removed as to not create a problem for employees from the loss of any paperwork. MISCELLANEOUS – QUARTERLY Carpets shall be shampooed quarterly on holidays or weekends. Painted doors shall be washed completely to remove any fingerprints and black marks as needed. EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES FOR FLOOR CLEANING Any equipment and/or supplies needed for carpet shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing all the hard surface flooring shall be provided by the contractor hired by the DWR
