Twice a month • Empty Trash – all interior trashcans, in the work spaces (approx. 6), remove all trash to outside dumpster, clean inside/outside of cans, replace all with a new liner, supplied by Contractor. • Clean Restrooms (2) – including lavatories, commodes, commode seats, mirrors and floors. Disinfect sinks, commodes, and restroom floors. Metal fixtures shall be free of water spots and residues after cleaning. Replenish toilet paper and hand towels as needed. • Clean Kitchen area – Disinfect sink and wipe counter top surfaces, outside of the cabinets and refrigerator. Clean inside/outside of microwave. Replenish paper towels and hand soap. • Vacuum floors – sweep, damp mop (using disinfectant) and vacuum floors to include the baseboards leaving cleaned surfaces with no streaks, all interior floors, including area under furniture. Approximately 1,260 sq. ft. area. Excluding the maintenance shop. • Dust all desk surfaces – using wood cleaner. • Clean the inside counter in the common area – using window cleaner and leaving cleaned surfaces free from streaks. • Clean inside and outside of glass entrance doors – using window cleaner and leaving cleaned surfaces free from streaks. Monthly • Window cleaning – remove dust and cobwebs with untreated duster including blinds, wipe ledges and edges. Apply solution to glass with soft brush or cloth, wipe as need to emulsify and liquefy material on glass. Use squeegee to remove solution from glass. Inside and outside windows. • Restrooms – wipe down bathroom walls using disinfectant. Bi-annually • Shampoo carpets
