ITB for Janitorial Services located at the DJJ Juvenile Justice Assessments Centers located at 3400 Belvedere Road, Palm Beach, Florida and 2600 SW 4th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. morning hours beginning at 5:00 am. Janitorial services shall not be provided during the normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and shall conform with the requirements of the Juvenile Assessment Centers. The provider shall be flexible when performing monthly and semi-annual services, due to the 24-hour operational needs of the Juvenile Assessment Centers. Services shall be rendered on weekends and the following state holidays: Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
