Specifications include, but are not limited to: A firm fixed price term contract with one qualified contractor to provide Janitorial Services to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Customer Service Center (CSC). 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies and materials, etc. except those materials and supplies furnished by DMV as indicated herein. DMV will furnish all hand soap, towels, toilet seat covers, tissues, feminine protection products, light bulbs and tubes. 2. The Contractor shall perform the task for each area or item in the frequencies specified herein. A listing of tasks and frequencies is included under Attachment A, Janitorial Tasks to be Performed. The Contractor shall maintain a written, detailed, organized, and legible log of tasked performed each day at the CSC. A copy of the log shall be maintained on-site at the CSC and accessible by the DMV Contract Administrator or their designee. 3. Weekly Meeting (as needed): A principal of the Contractor shall be available, upon request by DMV, to review the requirements of the contract and/or quality control issues. If in DMV’s sole discretion quality control or other issues are not being adequately addressed, a principal of the Contractor shall meet weekly, on-site, at the CSC with the Contract Administrator, until quality control issue(s) have been addressed to DMV’s satisfaction.
