The Department of Corrections (DOC) is requesting bids for a Contractor to provide janitorial services at the Probation and Parole District #24 Farmville, hereinafter referred to as the Purchasing Agency, which is located at 601 Industrial Park Road, Farmville, Virginia 23901. Janitorial services shall be provided three (3) days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and shall be scheduled during the business hours of 8:15 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. EST. After hours timeframes may be available upon approval by Probation and Parole District #24 Farmville. **MUST BE ABLE TO START PROVIDING SERVICES IMMEDIATELY** The office space consists of 4,535 square feet including four (4) restrooms, one (1) kitchenette, one (1) janitorial closet, one (1) urine screen testing area, fifteen (15) offices, one (1) conference room, one (1) group room, one (1) lobby, one (1) break room, and one (1) electrical maintenance room.
