Specifications include, but are not limited to: The office space consists of approximately 13,700 square feet including: five (5) bathrooms, one (1) staff break room, one (1) janitorial closet, one (1) drug lab/urine screen testing room, thirty seven (37) offices, three (3) conference rooms, one (1) correctional education room, fourteen (14) cubicles, one (1) lobby, four (4) interview rooms, one (1) VCIN room, one (1) offender photo lab room, one (1) mail/copy room, one (1) file room, and three (3) electrical maintenance rooms.; 1. Three times per week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: a. Empty trash receptacles, including shredders, in all rooms and place in the dumpster provided.; b. Affix new can liners to all trash receptacles, if soiled.; c. Clean and disinfect the five bathrooms, drug lab, and break room; wipe counters and sinks, damp mop floors after each cleaning, and clean areas around soap dispensers.; d. Replace soap, toilet tissue, and hand towels as necessary.; e. Clean staff entrance door and exit door from lobby; remove all scuffmarks, dirt, handprints, etc. ; Once per Week: a. Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs.; b. Dust baseboards, corners, chair rails, and windowsills in all rooms.; c. Dust & polish all horizontal surfaces to include desks, tables, bookcases, TV stand, mailroom tables, shelves, and the conference table (where possible, avoiding moving any papers).; d. Wipe tops of file cabinets with damp cloth.; e. Clean glass entrance door, all office doors, and the bathroom doors.; 2. Quarterly (4 times per year): a. Clean, buff and wax all vinyl floors. (If furniture needs to be moved, the cost shall be included in the Price Schedule on Line Item 4: Additional Janitorial Services.); b. Deep clean all ceramic tile floors (remove all scuff marks and ingrained dirt); c. Clean bugs from light fixtures.
