1. Stocked Restrooms: All supplies shall be furnished by the Contractor for VDOT use. The Contractor shall ensure each restroom is adequately stocked with enough supplies to last until the next scheduled cleaning to ensure an out-of-stock situation does not occur. a. Toilet tissue shall be minimum of a 2-ply quality. The Contractor shall ensure paper towels and toilet paper are replenished and stocked to ensure an out-of-stock situation does not occur. b. Supply levels of trash can liners, sanitary napkin disposal bags, toilet seat covers, antibacterial hand soap, urinal deodorant cakes, urinal mats, and commercial grade handheld deodorizer/sanitizer sprays shall be checked each service day and replenished to ensure an out-of-stock situation does not occur. 2. Restroom Floors: Floors shall be swept and mopped using cleaning agent and/or scrubbed. Special attention shall be given to maintaining the appearance of the floors in corners, around baseboards, and around toilet fixtures. Special attention shall also be given to grout cleaning.
