Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall clean an approximate square footage of 8,000 square feet (Residency Office building) and 1,500 square feet (Construction Building) 2. The Contractor shall commence WEEKLY cleaning after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. 3. The Contractor shall not provide services on the following State of Virginia approved holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, George Washington Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day & Yorktown Victory Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, The day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 4. The Contractor shall not be required to perform janitorial services during inclement weather conditions which create hazardous driving conditions for the traveling public; as determined by VDOT. Contractor shall contact the VDOT Contract Administrator before 2:00 p.m. of the scheduled work day during inclement weather conditions.
